His Majesty was present for the first meeting of the Board of Trustees and presided over the meeting.
The Chairman of the Board was appointed by the Sovereign. The officers of Secretary and Treasurer were also appointed by the Chairman in accordance with the Charter, and the executive officer of Chancellor was elected.
The Board then adjourned and proceeded to start the task of building the most illustrious educational organization known in the Micronational world.
