His Majesty Reviews the Palace Statue

The Royal Architect began reassembling the Saint George statue that graced the old palace. It had been taken into storage when the old palace was also put in storage for the move to New Bergen. In a moment of levity His Majesty hopped up on the stump where the head would be attached and took this photo.

In other business the Assembly building made more progress this evening and the basic seating arrangement was approved. Sir Aderyn was very helpful in the design process.

There remain a bevy of details to attend before the public opening. The colony is expected to be a flurry of activity this weekend as the grand opening date approaches.
